Great Hot Pot experience! Fair prices. I especially like the buffet style, it's so convenient. They have really great soup broths, and variety! Next time we are in Jacksonville we will be back!
The food was excellent! It was so fresh and so much to choose from. It was our first time doing this, so it was a little squirrely but we had a blast our waiter was right there for us helping us do what we needed to do. The atmosphere was fun and upbeat very clean and I loved it and we'll definitely do it again. I highly recommend this place. I had the Tom Yum soup. Then I added my other items to grill on the BBQ grill. So yummy. A little side note they do have a 2-hour maximum stay time. As it is an all you can eat. So it can only be 2 hours.
I’m surprised that they had a lot of meat options- for only $31.99 you can get unlimited bbq and hot pot maximum stay for 2 hours. The conveyor belt makes the place so cool! And the fact that you cook your own bbq the way you want it is great!! They have lots of sauce/broth options for hot pot!!The desserts however is limited ice cream options, the only ice cream i liked was the cookies and cream. The service is not the best but decent! Still 5 star for me because i loved the experience and meat was delicious!!

This is one of my favorite places for dinner, my husband and I come here a ton. Tonight we came with a party of 14. The service was exceptional as always, Annie was on top of her game and made sure we had everything we needed before we could even ask. I will always recommend this place for a great meal and outstanding service. Best hot pot place in Jacksonville.
I went into Hot Pot and it was extremely busy, but the staff did a great job! My server was Jason and even though he was busy, he did a great job and was super nice! I want to come back soon!
I visited during a trip with a friend and it was great. My favorite was the BBQ ribs and our server Jason was very nice during our visit. Pretty clean and was very comfy. I would recommend coming here, definitely worth the money.
